Several new updates regarding the Dollhouse DVD release! First off, the DVD extras have been revealed to include deleted scenes, lasting 9 minutes in total; ‘Looking Back’ & ‘Defining Moments’ featurettes lasting 15 & 12 minutes respectively; and outtakes lasting 5 minutes. Since the source is the British Board of Film Classification, we can assume that the extras are the same for both Region 1 & 2. Secondly, according to the British Video Association the Region 2 release has been pushed back to October 11 (formly September 6) and therefore a day earlier than the Region 1 release — perhaps to include the comic? And finally, US fans can pre-order the Region 1 DVD directly from FOX which includes the limited edition lithograph that was previously only available by pre-ordering at Comic Con. There’s a coupon code also available, “COMIC” which provides an additional 10% discount & free shipping at the final stage of ordering. |
