• The movie has now been delayed indefinitely, so a release date is currently unknown [as of September 2010]
• During January 2011, it was confirmed that film studio MGM declared bankruptcy, thus once more shelving the film. The studio has since partnered with Sony, therefore increasing the chances of a film release. Fingers crossed!
• It was also confirmed that the film hadn’t completed the conversion to 3D so it is likely that the film will be released in 2D (i.e. normal standard) although it is not yet known whether it will be a theatrical or straight-to-DVD release
